Owoeye Oluwaseyi Samuel is the visionary founder and CEO of Sheyilaw Computer Institute. Driven by a deep passion for technology, education and community empowerment, he established the institute in 2020 with a clear mission: to make professional digital services and computer education accessible to every Nigerian, regardless of background or experience level.
Under his leadership, Sheyilaw has grown from a single-room operation into a full-service digital and educational hub, serving hundreds of students, families and businesses across the community. He personally oversees every service and training session, ensuring each client receives dedicated, high-quality attention.
Oluwaseyi believes that when people have access to the right tools, knowledge and support, they can achieve anything. His hands-on approach and genuine care for clients is what sets Sheyilaw apart.
